Christa joined Aspire CRE in 2026 and serves as Director of Operations. She brings over 12 years of experience in operations and human resources, including full-cycle recruiting, HR management, compliance, executive support, and corporate event planning. In her role, she supports Aspire’s operations by driving people-focused initiatives, strengthening internal processes, and helping the firm scale efficiently while maintaining a strong, culture-driven environment. Christa brings a strategic and people-first approach to human resources, paired with strong operational discipline.
Prior to joining Aspire CRE, Christa served as HR and Office Manager at AEGIS Hedging, where she guided workforce planning, compensation alignment, and organizational structure. She developed and maintained HR policies, internal controls, and multi-state compliance practices, while managing full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership roles.
Christa received her BA in Psychology from ULM and is a SHRM-CP certified Human Resources professional. She is passionate about building systems and processes that support both people and performance. She takes pride in creating structured, compliant, and engaging workplace environments that enable teams to thrive.
Outside of work, Christa enjoys pickleball, disc golf, strength training and spending time with her family and friends.
