Will Harris joined Aspire CRE in 2026 and specializes exclusively in the sale and leasing of office condominiums throughout the Greater Houston market. He works closely with owner-users and investors seeking long-term ownership solutions, guiding clients through acquisitions and leasing strategies with a focus on protecting equity and supporting sustainable business growth.
Will brings a unique perspective to commercial real estate, leveraging his background in residential brokerage to help clients visualize and plan space both functionally and aesthetically during buildouts and acquisitions. His disciplined, competitive mindset and deep product focus allow him to deliver clear guidance and strong financial outcomes for clients navigating office condominium opportunities.
Prior to joining Aspire CRE, Will built his career in residential real estate as part of a high-performing team that collectively closed over $500 million in sales. He also founded HighBall Homes, a real estate services company focused on helping sellers move properties efficiently while preserving equity through strategic positioning and marketing.
Will earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Abilene Christian University and holds an active Texas real estate license. He is involved with NAIOP and Toolbox Ministries and enjoys staying active, fitness training, and creating motivational and business-focused content outside of work.
