Liam Whitley joined Aspire CRE as an Associate in 2025 and specializes in industrial brokerage. In this role, he focuses on serving clients with industrial real estate needs throughout the Houston market, bringing a unique combination of finance expertise and sales experience to deliver exceptional results.
Prior to joining Aspire CRE, Liam worked as a property manager at a multifamily complex in Fort Worth, where he managed and leased apartments for RPM Living property management group, where he developed his real estate & client service skills.
Liam graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. He is committed to continuous learning, regularly staying current with real estate news and industry developments.
Liam’s approach to commercial real estate is defined by building genuine, lasting relationships with clients. He employs an honest and personable style that connects with clients on a personal level, enabling him to create meaningful relationships in our industry.
Outside of work, Liam is an avid sports fan who enjoys college and professional basketball and football. He maintains an active lifestyle through daily running and workouts and is currently training for a marathon. In his free time, Liam also enjoys traveling and surfing.
