Walter Alberto

Walter joined Aspire CRE in 2024 as Director of Property Maintenance, bringing over three decades of experience in facility management and building operations. He oversees all aspects of property maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general building maintenance, ensuring optimal building performance and tenant satisfaction.

Prior to joining Aspire CRE, Walter spent nearly 15 years as Maintenance Supervisor at Briarhollow Realty Group, where he managed a team of maintenance staff and coordinated with multiple vendors. Previously, he spent 20 years with Nordstrom, starting in 1990 and ultimately serving as Housekeeping and Maintenance Manager at their Houston Galleria location, where he led a team of 12 employees.

Walter is EPA-certified and brings extensive hands-on experience in commercial facility operations. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, watching soccer, going on cruises, and spending time with his family. He is an active member of his church community.
