Chris Grow joined Aspire CRE in 2026 as an Analyst. In this role, he supports brokers with market research, transaction coordination, and day-to-day analytical tasks, eager to learn the business from the ground up and contribute wherever he can add value.Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arkansas. His background spans commercial real estate and sales, having previously interned at Newmark Knight Frank and served as a top salesman at Extreme Hygiene, a hygiene solutions company serving the restaurant and bar industry. His ability to build relationships, compete at a high level, and close business carries directly into the work he does today.
Discipline is the cornerstone of Chris’s approach, both professionally and personally. He believes that sustained excellence is not accidental, and that the habits and mindsets you employ every day directly reflect the results you produce. That conviction drives how he approaches his work, his growth, and his commitment to the clients and brokers he supports.
Outside of work, Chris is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys fishing, hunting, and strategic games like chess and poker. He is a passionate supporter of the Arkansas Razorbacks and Houston sports.
