Judy Meza joined Aspire Commercial with over four decades of experience in property management across both residential and office assets. In her role, Judy brings extensive operational knowledge, leadership experience, and a hands-on approach to managing properties and supporting long-term asset performance.
Judy began her career in 1984 in the apartment industry, progressing from part-time leasing agent to assistant manager and property manager. Over the course of her residential career, she managed multi-site portfolios and earned numerous industry recognitions, including Property Manager of the Year and awards for Best Physical Occupancy and Best Overall Property Performance across multiple years.
In 2003, Judy transitioned into office property management, where she spent more than two decades overseeing office assets with a focus on operational stability, tenant relations, and property performance. Her deep familiarity with both residential and office environments allows her to approach property management with a well-rounded and disciplined perspective.
Outside of work, Judy enjoys spending time with her family. She is married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mother of one daughter and grandmother to three grandchildren.
