Rocsann Pair-Crawford

Rocsann joined Aspire CRE in 2025 and specializes in commercial property management with a focus on accounting and financial operations. She oversees day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and accounting functions for properties throughout the Greater Houston area. With her extensive experience, Rocsann excels in RealPage software implementation, financial management, and comprehensive operational support for commercial properties.

Prior to joining Aspire CRE, Rocsann spent 11 years with Briarhollow Realty Group, advancing from Property Assistant to Assistant Property Manager. Her career also includes significant experience in banking, where she held multiple positions at Fort Hood National Bank including Branch Supervisor and Senior ATM Fraud Specialist.

Rocsann’s approach to client service is characterized by strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving, treating every property and tenant with the same care she would give her own.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, volunteering at their schools, and staying involved in their sports activities.
